We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay.

3. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the store, including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (order database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (order emails), and Zoho (business email). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

We retain order and invoice records for as long as required for fulfilment, support, and legal/tax compliance, then delete or anonymise them.
