We currently ship across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.

2. Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Orders above the applicable threshold qualify for free shipping; smaller orders carry a flat delivery fee. The exact amounts are always displayed in your order summary.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, we’ll share tracking details by email where available so you can follow your shipment.

5. Damaged or delayed shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact us at care@ecovia-pro.comwith your order number and we’ll make it right in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
