These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ecovia website and any purchase of products from it. The site is operated by EcoEnso Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“Ecovia”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

We sell professional cleaning and hygiene products. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. We may update prices, product details, and availability at any time without notice.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order is flagged for verification.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. Product use must follow the safety instructions and labels provided.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecovia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
